Tried my best to get a job, this is the first summer I've not been able to get something. Tried two internships at the start of the summer, each with something like 500 applicants per 5 positions, went through the whole psychometric testing phase, two interviews etc, only to fall at the final hurdle. Then even the employment agencies couldn't get me something, which have usually sorted me out with an office job within a few weeks. Took a pizza delivery job which was total BS, I was taking my life in my hands during the weekends delivering to high rises etc. Quit that and spent the rest of the summer ebaying all my old junk and living frugally.

All the folk who are unemployed and are looking for jobs have my sympathy. It's a battle!

At least i've been blessed with a free education, even a second shot at it, a lot of people aren't as lucky.
free education
I can hear Chris getting riled up by this already, bloody freeloading Scots eh

Nice one, at least you don't have that hanging over your head, the missus has about 25K of student debt (I've already repayed mine thankfully).

Sometimes women have a way of sharing things with you, like when they want some of your chips :)
