an update on this one.

The FG is down to 1016. Fermentation took completely off and i am thinking that it may go down to maybe 1010?

either way the sample jar was still fizzy.

taste wise this is bitter and definately has a tangerinelike taste to the end. in the rush to get this done before the arrival home of swmbo i left te crystal( that had been in for 2 minutes) in whilst the chiller was in.

At the moment this is a harsh tasting brew, but it is at 1055 is so i am guessing 5 weeks conditioning will make it nice and mellow.

Am i right in thinking this?

Thanks
Dave
