Hi Delboy,

How is your keg of sammy coming along?
I was going to get mine on this weekend, but I thought I'd rather wait for feedback from you before I did, so I'll be brewing my Bohemian Pils first.

I see you used about 3% crystal in your grain bill, I thought I'd prob shoot for about 5% if 3 wasn't enough.
Also you mentioned light crystal? The sam adams website says they use crystal 60. I thought 'standard' UK crystal was about 60ish?

Its still lagering at the moment, i'll pick up a bottle of sam adams on the way home tonight and give it the taste test against my uncarbonated still lagering version.
