Hopefully! Only thing that I can see which is 'out of place' in comparison to what I did is the crystal malt. I would double it (or to be exact, use 188g) and use darker. The crystal really does play a massive part in this brew. Anyone who has ever brewed GW's Sarah Hughes will tell you the same thing. Higher crystal addition is vital if you are after what I have experienced.

Will brew this again with 1kg of crystal. Excellent pint.

My mate brewed GW's Sarah Hughes and that was brilliant as well. High crystal all the way!!!
