Maybe you could try some heading liquid 8 creamy top from H&G) to try and get some head retention.?? it worked well in a stout that had lots of oats in it for my part in anycase.

Just done the gravities on them...
They are both 1010 or below, fair bit of yeast in suspension still.
The Hemp Bitter is actually tasting pretty good with a finishing Hemp after taste
The CNC 2.8 is tasting as you'd expect for the hops used
But is lacking body which will probably improve a little once bottle conditioned but not a lot... Warmer mash temp and a load more Caramalt next time for some more unfermentable sugars... its a starting point.

Just bottled the CNC & the Hemp...
CNC has gained a bit of body and is tasting pretty good for 2.8 ABV
Turned out a really nice colour too.
Hemp Bitter is also tasting pretty grand, though I think I'd need half the amount of ground Hemp seed if I did it again
Looks rather murky, hope it clears up in the bottle.

1 week bottled update on the Hemp Bitter... Cloudy as a Cloudy thing with a case of the Cloudiness... Very Hemp flavoured and Aroma a plenty, glad I through in a load of Bobek in the last 20, its actually a very fair Bitter recipe without the Hemp
Ground Hemp seed is NOT the way to make Hemp beer it seems! Maybe in the Mash next time!!
