An update. Thanks to the wonders of finings, it has already cleared and I am supping a nice full-bodied, almost stoutish-tasting brew. It's big and bouncy and very tasty. I'd recommend it to anyone.

What efficiency are you based on and what were the AA of the hops?

Here it is a bit more complete:

Brew Length: 23L
Expected OG: 1.050, FG: 1.013 (4.8%)
Efficiency: 75%

Marris Otter: 4.465kg
Wheat Malt: 240g
Chocolate Malt: 25g
Crystal Malt: 75g
Roasted Barley: 50g

Challenger: 43g AA 7.5% (90 Mins)
Bobek: 23g AA 4.5% (30 mins)
Fuggles: 23g AA 3.8% (15 Mins)

Mash and boil time: 90 Mins
Yeast: Safale S-04

I've no idea what my efficiency was - the OG came out low (1.048) but I ended up with 25L instead of 23L. Until I get my technique and equipment standardised I'm not really going to know what mine is.
