Checked it today to see what is going on, crust has dropped and gravity with temperature correction is 1.015, I'm meant to be expecting a 1.014 finish so I'll do the transfer to FV2 shortly.
I did the honourable thing and drank the trial jar, usually I have a taste and chuck the rest but this one I just guzzled. Tasted great. Batch 2 of this will be made this week for sure. Just ordered a refractometer so this may have been the last trial jar tasting...

Started to drink this now and it is fantastic, not sure if it will last till Christmas though... Must make this one more often.
