Well just kegged and bottled this one! got one corni and 9 bottles out of it. It's been sat in the conditioning fridge at about 1oC for the last 3 weeks. It has a bit of chill haze but I'm not too bothered about that. It's had some isinglass in the keg and the bottles have been primed to 2.6 vols CO2. The keg will be going back into the garage for a bit more cold conditioning before bottling bright from the corni. This will then free up a corni and I'll be able to drink the bottles from the kitchen booze fridge!
I've harvested about 300mls of thick slurry from the FV so I'll be getting another one on ASAP!
