yeah i should increase my volumnes really i think i maybe short on bottles after bottling this lot though so i need to get a new keg! or get one of the 2 i already got drank!

Bottled this brew last night. I actually remembered to put the priming sugar in the bottling bucket before the beer this time which was great, hopefully this one will have a bit more fizz!

It's probably to early to tell but I had a sip of it last night and it didn't really hit the same notes as my first brew. It didn't seem as bright if that makes any sense? Maybe it was the wheat that did it? That or the Celia rather than bobek... Who knows!

I'll experiment with the next brew. Also fell one bottle short of my targeted 20 but that is not to much of a biggie, i probably slightly over filled each bottle to cause this. :(

Cracked open a bottle last night (not been bottled a week), so it wasn't clear by any means but really tasted fantastic! :)

Completely different from the FV sample so I won't judge a beer by that again.
