Had a little taste this evening and I am very pleases with myself :D. gravity is at 1014 now so hopefully it's nearly done as that's a drop of 32.

Well still drinking it. I definately think it had more flavour after just a couple of weeks conditioning. Seems a little too malty and bitter with little hop flavour now :( I can also notice a dry feeling left in the mouth.

I read on another thread S-04 can cause this. Anyone else find this a problem? I've got some Nottingham ale yeast and a cultivation from some Proper Job bottles for future brews in case this is the issue.
