SG now down to 1.046, so going quite well, yeast has really settled down now, but still bubblin nicelly. Gave a gentle rouse, anyway, and hopefull no stuck ferments.

Sg now at 1.032, with still a good head of foamy krausen, and airlock bubblin nicely. this might go down to intended FG of 1.024.

Smells very much Like roast coffee. :)

Well... didnt quite make it.. three days now at 1.025.. so from 1.092 i make it a crappy 71% attenuation, and a very dissapointing 8.9% ABV. Not good to say started off wanting a 10%er Oh well..

So, with this in mind was thinking of priming with either 3oz (84g)cane sugar, or 5 1/2 oz (155g) DME. Is this a bit much with the poor attenuation, do you think? Dont want any bottle bombs!!

Cheers all, Dave
