Nice clear piccies there Barry,plenty of hops going on there to.
Nice fermenting fridge there also,I think I might have to purchase a fridge in the not to distant future.

I've had a stout that looked like sewer water for a couple of weeks. Eventually it had a much cleaner look to it!

Three weeks on....

Yummy, yummy, yummy...

A very nice recipe - it had a few worrying moments during sampling; at first the roasted barley and black malt seemed a bit over powering, then it seemed too bitter, but now it's all come together into something not far off Guinness Foreign Export.

I've just done this today for the second time, this brew is ideal for bottling and laying down for a while,

once again thanks PoP for the recipe, it's the nuts,

I pitched two Nottingham this time and lag was about 3 hrs, I now have a deep brown krausen that is just in dire need of skimming....
