Hows your brew going Belter.. im gonna be taking a gravity sample in the next day or 2 hpefully it will be close to finished? but as its without temp control???
I hope to have my temp control lid cleaned and sterile to crash chill prior to kegging and bottling, i will be experimenting with tyre valve PET bottle carbonation caps...
