guess I misread your post with the recipe OH ... thought you substituted the Motueka... oh well it smells the same with Amarillo any way... and the Motueka was more than twice the price :|

be interesting to see how it evolves.

It's calmed down now and i've changed the blow off pipe back to an airlock. Is it worth racking it off now and then let it go for another 10 days before dry hopping or just leave it as is and dry hop on top of the sediment?
All the gear with no idea...

I've tweaked that post to make it clearer. I made it with Amarillo and it still tasted great. Citra is the main feature hop of the beer anyway.

I would recommend keeping in the primary FV. No need to take it off a healthy yeast bed for such a short period. I believe Adnams dry hop in the FV, so you might do the same for the last few days, before racking off.
