Best of luck for the big day :)

Just to echo what everyone else has said, relax and enjoy it - it's the best way to learn.

What times "kick off" Davie Boy?
Davie Boy wrote:Well lads i have decided to take the plunge, going for it tomorrow.I'm going to try Mr Wheelers Burtonwood Top Hat.Wish me luck, hope it's not me that finishes up the top hat.
Any chance of a look at the recipe? It wont be you in the top hat but the results of your efforts will knock previous (and some commercial) brews into a cocked hat!

Well i'm back.Got halfway through wort chilling when phone rang .My mother had been taken ill so dropped everything and went to see what i could do.Thankfully she's ok now.The yeast was pitched late sunday night and today it's got a nice creamy crust so fingers crossed.
