With the Cask Widge, at what point do you insert the dip tube ? Immediately after tapping ?

Not necessarily, you can tap it a few days beforehand if you have to move it and allow to settle again, then just vent it and insert the dip tube before serving.

I only did it as soon as I tapped because I only moved the cask a few feet into position.
