Cheers DB. I've kegged it and brought it inside. Probably taste it tommorow and Monday then stick it in the lagering fridge, if it doesn't clear up I might krausen it.

I'm used to using the White Labs Czech Budejovice yeast which produces no diacetyl whatsoever, did you get any with the s-189 when you used it?
