cool - do you think it would have a massive effect if I used challenger instead of fuggles?

The recipe tasted exactly as I remember it. Use challenger if you wish, but bear it mind the end result will be different to the original.

I'm gonna give this a bash today as it sounds right up my street. That looks like a great pint of beer Subsub

What yeast should I use?

I have
WLP 004 Irish Ale
WLP 023 Burton
WLP 001 California
Nottingham
US-05

any suggestions? just heating the liquor up so lenty of time.

I would go with the WLP 004 Irish Ale or WLP 023 Burton
