:) yeah that would be rather a good.

A local term around here for someone not from the Village would be 'Off comed un', though thats just one village round here :)

Now in two 10l barrels for Dad and brother, the rest in a cornie for me. Not ready yet, but couldn't resist a QA sample:

I'd take another photo, but no one's interested in an empty glass. By 'eck it were good.

I now have a stroppy 6-year-old on my hands who is declaring that he helped me make the beer therefore he should help me drink it.

Here's a funny thing: No chill haze.

Ah, now that it has chilled a bit more, I may have been hasty with my claim of no chill haze:

Perhaps it is all condensation but at very cold temperatures it is hazy. Not that I care. I could leave it to clear for a few weeks, but it tastes too good and once it has warmed up enough to be crystal clear (10C) it is still cool enough for me.

But seriously
Where's my beer gone?

You can see that from the line of condensation there's not much left :(
Only one thing for it: Let's get brewing \:D/

One question (and I can imagine it has been asked before, so by all means point me in the right direction) As you can see, there is beer in the line between the out disconnect and the tap. Looking at the way the line is fixed at either end:

Can I easily take it apart for cleaning or do I need to use a spare Cornie with a cleaning solution in. The latter is practical now, but what if I have both my cornies filled?

Oh, and as you can see: Yes; She's finally kicked my cornie out of the fridge. TBH I'm amazed she put up with it for a week.

Meant to add, that I greatly appreciate you going to the trouble of posting explanatory photos.

I should be getting a fridge next week so that'll put an end to the Cornie hokey-cokey.
