Hi
Its bottled and conditioning / maturing in a warmed (not temp controlled) cupboard in the garage.

I've put a shelf in my old fermenting cupboard (I use 2 brewing fridges for main ferment now) and I've got this Belgian Golden and a Chimay Dubbel clone in there.

I have had a sample and it was very pleasant and clear, but I'm trying to resist the temptation and let it mature a bit. I'll add a pic when I next have a sample.

I know I should have tried to lager the Belgian Golden, I can't really lager in fridges as they've still got thermostat fitted (and I wanted fridge for another brew  ).

I've noticed, its clear at 12C plus but it does throw a chill haze, (not that I'm really worried).

Very pleased over all. Next Belgian style brew is a Bruin this Saturday
Using up last of Dingemans with some new CaraBelge from Rob at TMM.
Reminds me, I must get my Chimay starter going...

Sounds great ;-) I've never lagered as I don't have the space for equipment. It'll be a beaut!

I might do a dark Belgian next using Chimay yeast and some homemade Belgian Candi sugar.
