xmas is a time for giving MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm Citra ;)

Cider Vinegar and washing up liquid but only a drop, those pesky flies love it but sadly can't swim.

So why don't breweries get that issue with open fermentation?

Surely it's something else like keeping in the primary too long?
