I'm the only problem with lager types is you need more room. Good find regards the yeast I'll have to give it a go when I rack off the rocket smiff

Well this has been in the fridge for 2 weeks now and is clear as a bell @ -1 oC :D

A month in the fridge and this has lagered beautifully!

Image

the taste is a complex malt profile with just a hint of herbal hops. Quite a light body for the gravity. No hint of alcohol, DMS. Well happy!

Going to keg and bottle this soon!

:D

Looks and sounds lovely.

What do the Aramis hops add to the flavour and aroma?

Interested, as I have some.

Hi John! There is. Wry little hop aroma with this beer as its very malt driven! At first, just after fermentation had finished I was getting a pronounced aniseed flavour which has settled into a nice herbal note! Very nice and accentuates the complexity of the malts in this beer!

Did you get run to trying the wit beer?

Cheers

Thanks for the info LB
I must try a Biere de Garde or Saison soon.

I've just posted a review of your (very nice) Blanches de St. Oswald II Belgian Wit.
Lovely!
