1.010? Jeeze... that is low! Really happy you had a good experience with Windsor Joe. You must help me in spreading the word now!

I'm planning on brewing my ESB soon. Will prob be the last time until next autumn as I don't have temp control. Windsor at 20c+ is not good... big esters.
