Like the name, Wez. Watch the fermentation temp. Try and keep it under 20c. I don't want a load of amyl acetate (pear drops/banana esters) or off tastes in it, and then you blaming the recipe!! 
Just in from a gig, 2 hrs sleep, then back on the road to arrive at noon in Newcastle for another gig. And they say musicians have got it easy.....

This morning I awoke to this monster in the garage.

SteveD the FV is stood in a bucket full of water on a cold garage floor I'm going to keep putting ice blocks into the water, should be ok, can't check the temp yet as I can't get anywhere near the wort!
I've never had a fermentation like this, will it be down to the high OG?
