SEYMOUR DOUBLE BREWDAY JAVELINA ESB & THIS LITTLE PIGGY MILD

...Last night I did a bottle swap with a friend who used some MCI Stout malt in a light, summery English golden ale. I haven't tasted it yet, but I'll let you know what I think.

UPDATE: His golden ale was delicious, but he remembered wrong. That recipe didn't contain MCI Stout Malt after all, but his Smoked IPA did. The Smoked IPA was pale coloured and tasty too, but too smoky for me to tell much about the MCI Stout Malt's contributions. Oh well.

Still "lambicizing" away in a secondary fermentor in the basement. I'm hoping it's a nice tart holiday brown ale. I'll make sure you get some when the time comes.
