Pm me your address, I'll send you one. As for drinking 70l? Not in the first week anyway! I am in conversation with a couple of folk re going commercial, but laws here licensing wise compared to GB are archaic to say the least.....

A brew is a brew mate. How's yours going?

How the hell did I miss this thread on brew day?

That's a damned impressive setup you've got there Manse. I bet you were like a kid in a sweetshop finally getting all fired up. Certainly looks a nice sup, clear as a bell and a lovely colour too.

I'll get there one day....

I most certainly was - now contemplating another big chamber to get more than one brew going at a time!

I've bought beer from a so called 'micro brewery' around these parts which had a smaller set up than you do, and they were selling it at markets and from their premises. :)

What a fine set up that is. I bet that will put your 'lecky' bills up a touch.

Unfortunately the licensing laws here don't include 'sell on site', so no selling at markets, functions or from the brewery.....

Bottling day! Gorse/Citra priming syrup is cooling, as is the 'normal' priming syrup. Garage is awash with starsan - quick bacon buttie then onwards and upwards.....

Hope all goes well matey. That's a lovely sounding brew and I'm dead interested in how that gorse syrup goes. I've just ordered some Citra this morning after trying a couple of single hop ales with it in.

I love citra and have found it goes very well with Centennial and if you add some cascade it becomes a heavenly brew. That word reminds me - I've been watching 'The Vikings' on Amazon lately (four series) and I'm sure the Vikings of old who hopefully ended up in Vallahalla feasting and drinking for eternity as they hoped they would, are using Citra/Centennial and Cascade in their 'Ale'. Sad to say, their ale didn't have any hops so it was probably pretty dull by comparison to what we can make. Bummer eh? Ale for eternity with no hops. :)

All done. 2 corneys and 60 odd bottles. Very impressed with the conical - the bottle shown was the last one poured!
