Interesting. When did you add the zest Steve? I added mine at 'flame out'. Reckon next time I'll boil it for last 2 mins...

Not sure now whether to back off on quantity or add nearer the end of boil or indeed after flame out... hmmmm

No worries M G. I've upped the orange zest and coriander quantities for the wedding brew. Just felt that it needed a bit more zing. I'll be brewing it next week again. Can't wait!
