OK, brewing some TEA tomorrow :)

Just off to the brewery to pick up some authentic yeast.....

RIMS is recirculating at 68 degC as I type :)

Don't know but having tried Madbrewers version I felt it could do with a bit more body so decided to try 68 degC mash.

Just raised temp to 72 for mashout.

Sparging went well, boil started at 11:20 with first hop additions.
