I started at 5:45 this morning - no stuck mash today so all tidied up and put away now - been sitting with my feet up since midday

Cheers, i would have started earlier but i have two assistant brewers joining me for the brewday and they arrive at 2, i'll have the water treated and heated and the grains weighed when they arrive
