I only got 25 L at 1044

which is my worst performance ever

Also it's my first time not to use Maris Otter as my base malt so that might be part of the reason. Still it will make a nice session beer and it is a lovely golden colour

pics tp follow

His name is Neo and i spent 2 years teaching him to talk and all he'll do is whistle like us men use to at girls before it was considered bla bla bla. He is hand reared but all that means is he is very comfortable to do his business on your shoulder and look you in the eye and whistle at you

He is a great bird if you need some funiture eaten
