00mins 20g (80' Steep)
Dry 10g (might put into cornie)

collected 29L @ 1.038 so hoping the boil will up the gravity a bit...

Sounds like a nice brew - relatively few pictures myself with the rugby too. :)

How did your gravity come out?

all seemed to go well - got 23.5L at 1.043 - just skimmed half a litre of break material off... never seen so much - there was loads left in the boiler as well - not too impressed with my splatter guard hop/trub filter - may well look at the plate type one

Yeast isn't doing much yet so fingers crossed on that!

Sounds good, I have a couple of packs of Bramling X, and I really must get another brew on so I think I shall give this one a try.
