My wife refers to the brews as my babies so the comments from you all above aren't far off 
They both tasted alright when I took the fermenter samples this morning. Yeast is pitched and away they go.
Will be trying to fit in one more before the arrival but we'll see

Adjusted to what actually came out on the day. My HLT measuring can be a little haphazrd at times so it turned out that I had a smaller starting boil for one. I just kept the lid on a bit more...prolix wrote:Double brew days are great.
