Myself and Wez had a brew planned to mark 1 year all grain brewing for the both of us but as it turned out neither of us can do it. Fell free to leave you're anniversary cards here

Not sure, i'm minding my daughter every weekend now so i'm going to have to work around that. Wez I'm not even looking for my first brew thread cause i just decided one drunken night that i would try Extract but DaaB bless his soul talked me into going All Grain. Before that i knew nothing about it, i probably still feel like i know nothing when i look a Vossys brewery. One week later thanks to all the help on this forum (DaaB) I did my first All Grain brew and for anybody starting who wants to know my biggest jump quality wise was controlling the fermentation temp
