Dogbolter

Here is a pic of the Dogbolter fermenting away nicely in the bucket. Never had a fermentation quite look like that before. It looks like one of them wierd mushrooms that grow on trees.

That looks great, looks like the yeast is having the time of it's life multiplying away in there.

Are you sure that's not a collapsed soufflé
