Brewing this evening

Been along time a long time since I've been on the forum due family problems, but all sorted now. :D

Brewing this evening for the second time this year and not brewed regularly since early last year. Hopefully going to be brewing more frequently from now on. And with luck a dedicated brewshed later this year!!! :D

Hit me target og of 1041, pleased with that.

Seems to be fermenting ok, 18 hrs after pitching.

That sounds like it'll be a nice brew KTC, I'll put that one in Beersmith.

Safale SO-4, used it on all my brews so far. More than happy with it. however I'm gonna try a liquid yeast soon.
