EFIN LOVE THIS BREWING M'LARKY

Here is todays brew which if it turns out ok is going to be my house bitter :D

Woodchipery bitter

30 ltr batch

Pale Malt 5500g
Crystal Malt 350g
Torrified Wheat 250g
Goldings Hops 100g added at start of the boil
Fuggles Hops 33g added at start of the boil.
challenger Hops 30g added at 30 minutes
challenger Hops 10g added at end of boil and soaked for 20 minutes
irish moss for last 10 minutes
Estimated OG 1045

90 minute mash

60 minute boil

yeast nottingham

asever all sugestions are welcome :D

I second the title.

Can't wait to get my Durden Park IPA brewed. 8) Not so sure about 8 months maturation though... Will probably have to store the whole lot in my friends cold store so i don't keep 'testing' it. :roll:

nowt ive got no malt left need to get another sack of marris
then next week end i think ill start with 50 ltr of conniston bluebird

Have a great one BJ. And with the bluebird read around the forum there is a lot of info here considering it is a one hop(or is it?) beer.

ive seen the threads it was the 3rd ag i did im drinking it now :D in fact ive just opened my first bottle of the day =P~
i did mine useing just challenger hops and it tastes awsome :D

Brewed Felinfoel Double Dragon.
After making it up to 5 1/2 gallons the SG was 1056.
Before making it up it was 1070 at 4 gallon.
Dont know what went wrong there but it was very cloudy after immersion cooling? Normally comes out clear(ish)
