Pretty uneventful day which went quite smoothly.
There was an issue with one of my PT100 sensors which meant I mashed at 67 falling to 65 over the 90 mins so this IPA will probably have more body than intended which isn't a bad thing...I'll struggle on

I did drop the return manifold into the mash when running off batch 1


We collected about over 60 ltr at 1048 so my efficiency has gone up again, now standing at 80% with batch sparging.
Yeast was 36g of US-05. This'll be the first time I've used this yeast and I pitched it dry for a change.
It was bubbling within 5 hours and today, 24 hours on, there's a bubble every 3 seconds and it's getting faster all the time.
