Broadsword - Brew Evening - Wed 23/04

Tomorrow I'll be brewing Broadsword from MO's book, persuaded to do so by Vossy :wink: It'll be another 1hr mash and 1hr boil brew evening.

25L
Target OG : 1042 (75% efficiency)
Target IBU ~36

4170gm Pale Malt Marris Otter 89%
520gm Cara-Pils Malt 11%
70gm Fuggles [5.50 %] (60 min) Hops 36.0 IBU
50gm Styrian Goldings [4.00 %] Added at 80 degrees and left for 15 mins

Whirlfloc at 10 mins
Fermenting with S04

Hoping to have the mash liquor heated by 18:00 8)
