I'm now into double figures and feel comfortable in my brewery again.

I done a Gales Festival Mild clone but with NZ fuggles and NZ goldings. Slightly less black malt too as i didn't have quite enough.

RECIPE
4854g MO
126g Black
165g Crystal
114g Malted wheat
280g Demerera sugar

Hops boil 90 mins
64g NZ Fuggles 5% AA
10g NZ Goldings 3.7% AA last 15 mins
1 tsp Irish moss last 10 mins

2 Hr mash at 68C.

S04 yeast

More details tomorrow when i'm not quite so knackered.

Martin, you are a brewing machine. When did you do your first brew? Can't have been that long ago.

First brew was a kit 27/11/07

I didn't get round to adding to this. I'm supposed to be having time off over winter. But my workload has increased dramatically.
I named this brew Isuldurs Bane.
I'm supping it now, bit early still as bottled on 6/5/08 but it's quite good. I'd prefer a bit more hop aroma and flavour.
