Good evening chaps. I was in work this afternoon and suddenly had an urge to brew.

I left early and managed to get home for 4:35pm. With a combination of HLT, repeatedly boiling the kettle and hastily measuring out the grain I managed to get all doughed in for 5:05pm

I am doing another Snow Leopard as I have one on tap at the moment and it is great. However, I failed in getting a dispensing fridge sorted out for the summer so I will be restricted to bottled beer during the warmer months (unless we have a summer like last year).

Mash just about done. So onto the sparge.

All finished and tucked up for the night. I will leave to cool and pitch the yeast in the morning.

That was fast for an unplanned brew!

Mysty is your tap water still coming out brown or was it s a short term thing?
