Lazy Brewery Honey Beer V2

I managed to get a day off today so I thought I'd get another honey beer on the go. The last one I made was way too subtle in honey taste so I've added more to compensate on this one. It's also something of a using up brew as some of the ingredients I was left with were of so little I just chucked them in the mash.
Lazy Brewery Honey Beer V2
23L
Estimated OG 1057
Actual OG 1057
Boil 90mins
Mash 66c 90mins
4.3kg Marris Otter
0.7kg Wheat Malt
0.65kg Carapils
30g Fuggles [4.3%] 90min
25g EKG [5.3%] 90min
15g EKG [5.3%] 15min
340g Sainsburys Basic Honey 90mins
340g Sainsburys Basic Honey 15mins
1 x Whirfloc
WLP002 (1 Litre starter)
All in the FV now had a taste of the sample and it's just what I'm looking for, a big honey kick. No photos today as the wife has taken the camera to a breeder friend of hers to photograph some Porcelain Sussex chicks I'm interested in. All in all a satisfactory brewday although it would have been nicer to brew outside but that would've been risking ash pollen in the brew , which is a big fat no-no in my book
