Got a mash on tonight - sitting tight in the tun whilst I cook dinner
3.5kg MO
210g Crystal
450g Wheat Malt
After a bit of deliberation (see the recipes thread!
) it turns out that my Challenger is indeed 5.6% (after I thought it was 7%....). So (using DaaB's hop calc) :
50g CHALLENGER 5.6% 75min
15g STYRIANS 3.9% 15min
20g STYRIANS 3.9% 2min
Irish Moss 15min
Yeast S04
Just about to start the sparge when the HLT is up to temperature.
