I can't get no....no no no...

Another splendiferous brewday. After brewing my accidental Trappist brew t'other day, I decided it was time to get straight back on the sparger and brew another.

Vossy's 100% satisfaction this time around. I did another prolonged mash (overnight), these seem to work much better around my time schedule.

My efficiency is starting to level out at 81-ish and overall I'm a very happy man, Big Kenny next then a brew break is called for I think. 8)
