Looking at getting this going in a bit
5.00kg MO
0.50kg Crystal
0.25kg Wheat Malt
0.10kg Chocolate
70g EKG 4.2% 60 mins
40g EKG 4.2% Steep at 80'
10g EKG 4.2% Dry
35 IBU
S-04
Trying to get something a little darker than my last two brews hence the chocolate and extra crystal. Any comments welcome

Nice recipe - That looks like the sort of beer that I enjoy, it'll be a nice red/brown colour I would imagine with 500g crystal and the 100g chocolate will add a nice flavour too. Do you know what colour grade of crystal it is?
Have a good brewday, i'll be getting the boiler on later too!

Cheers Wez - not sure of the colour, just the standard one from the homebrew shop - is that usually 80'?

I plugged your recipe into Beersmith using 60L (medium IIRC) and it's looks like you'll get something a tad deeper in colour than Pedigree. I think that medium crystal is the one that you'll be sold from a HBS unless you ask for dark/light. When is the boiler going on?
