25 L at 1052 :D all went well except i was a bit quick to transfer to the fermenter and as a result it's about 6 degrees hotter than i want to pitch at so i'll have to wait an hour or two before i pitch the yeast. I had 47g of Nelson Sauvin hanging around so i chucked them in at 80 degrees after flame out and turned off the cooler for ten mins so hopefully it will smell great :D

It's not cooling so i've put it in the bath, with it been a conical very little is under water but it's gotta be better than where it was and i've opened the windows. I refuse to pitch before at least 26

Well i finally got it down and pitched the yeast somewhat drunk last night and managed to carry the fermenter back to the fermenting cupboard and it's happily chugging away this morning :D
