The Results of two different types of yeast.

Great efficiency, more liqueur than planned had to use any yeast available.

I've never seen anything like that.

However the last two yeast I used (White Labs WLP300 Hefe and WLP550 Belgian) have both pushed the lid off my fermenter!

Out if interest, what yeasts did you use?

Bet it will still be a great beer :)

I get some crazy results as DaaB says with dark beers and happy yeast (so4) i don't seem to get anything even close with any other brews. So tell us, is it dark under all that crazyness?
