LB Riverside Bitter 19/06/08

Impromptu day off today so after having brewed 150L+ of generic lager for the BBQ season I thought I'd brew myself a nice little session bitter. The recipe came (yet again) from Marcs' book and the only adjustments were to the hop quantities.

EST OG 1034
ACT OG 1034

Mash 90 mins 65c
Boil 90 mins

Pale Malt (MO) 3405g
Crystal 60L 465g

Challenger [7%] 30g 90 mins
Fuggles [4.1%] 10g 15 mins

SO4

Altogether a very uneventful brewday which is just how I like them. No pics as I couldn't find the camera and left my phone at work  it's safely tucked away in the FV now with just the cleanup to do. I think I'll store the stuff it in the barn for tonight and cleanup tomorrow as the footy wil be on shortly. This also means little Hitler won't see it and it'll done in the morning leaving the Fuhrer none the wiser
