Collected 25L at 1046 which is one point less than last week but i'm not concerned about that. I had a peep into the fermenter this morning and it's starting, not as quick off the ball as the Fermentis dried yeast but it's getting there

Cheers ECR, the yeast is flying now. I was a bit iffy about it cause my first try with a liquid yeast over a year ago was a non starter. All behind me now

Good stuff AT, glad to hear the liquid yeast has kicked off, im sure you'll notice differences between it and the dried yeasts.
