Collected 25L at 1046 which is one point less than last week but i'm not concerned about that. I had a peep into the fermenter this morning and it's starting, not as quick off the ball as the Fermentis dried yeast but it's getting there :D

Cheers ECR, the yeast is flying now. I was a bit iffy about it cause my first try with a liquid yeast over a year ago was a non starter. All behind me now :D

Good stuff AT, glad to hear the liquid yeast has kicked off, im sure you'll notice differences between it and the dried yeasts.
