just chilling this now

specific ale 60 ltr brew length

9 x 2 littre jug fulls of marris otter
a half bag of crystal
(no idea how much in grams but it looked about between 50 - 800 grams-----ish )
1 x part bag of choclate malt
(Again it looked between 50g and 800g ---------ish)


hops

some target
some challenger
some gouldings

never weighed them but all together there was a lot

looking forward to trying this in a month or so im curious as to what it will taste like

Did you take an OG, or did the hydro just float sideways on top

Missed that myself

The hydro's still probably at the bottom of the fv

ended up with 53 litres in fv @ 1043 so two packets of s04 and now its going like a trooper fantastic

ended up with fg of 1007 which gives me two cornys and 12 pint bottles at
4.8 % abv

and it tastes fantastic
