Im a good way into this one already, the boil has just started, knocked out a strong mild which i hope will be in the same mould as sarah hughes.
MO and crystal malt
Bittering with fuggles and goldings
Im getting the stocks back up again after a couple of decidely dodgy brews previously, looking forward to how this comes out.
Will be fermenting with windsor for the first time so that'll be interesting also (at least to me anyway

).

Sounds like its going to be a cracker Del

Will be interested in seeing how this one turns out as I'll be using Windsor on my next brew and hoping to get a Mild underway after that.

Hope it went well. My experience with Windsor is not good - brewed one on the 29th feb and it's still not clear

What does it taste like though buzz? Did you try crash cooling it to get the yeast to flocc.
BTW sorry for dragging that pic out of you busting some moves on the other thread, but i couldn't resist

Had a taster of this tonight (doing the rounds on the latest batches), its cloudy as all hell just like everyone said it would be with the windsor yeast but it does taste nice, and im glad to report its not suffering from the off flavour that was in a few of my earlier batches. So all in all im a happy bunny just need to get my lager kegged and out of the lagering fridge to make room for this keg, see if i can get those yeasties to flocc.
